Honey Tasting and Apiary (Honeybee Farm) Tour 6/22/24

Join us for a delightful and educational Honey Tasting and Apiary Tour, where you will indulge in the rich flavors of five unique honey varietals and gain a deeper understanding of the fascinating world of bees. This 1-hour experience is perfect for those who appreciate nature, enjoy gourmet foods, or are simply curious about the art of beekeeping.

Event Highlights:

• Honey Tasting: Savor the distinct flavors of five different honey varietals. Learn about the unique characteristics and floral sources that make each honey special.
• Beekeeping Insights: Discover the intricate process of how honey is collected. Our expert beekeeper will guide you through the journey from flower to jar, explaining the vital role bees play in our ecosystem.
• Apiary Tour: Take a walk through our thriving apiary. See our bees in action and learn about the different types of hives and their inhabitants.
• Hands-On Experience: For those interested in getting up close and personal, you will have the opportunity to don a beekeeping jacket and veil, and hold a frame of bees from one of our many hives.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
• Long pants (please no skirts or  shorts)
