Honey Vinaigrette

Makes 6, 2 Tablespoon, Servings

1/2 Cup Raspberry or Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 Cup Honey

Olive Oil

Favorite Fresh Herb

Combine vinegar and honey, mixing well. When ready to serve, drizzle 2 Tablespoons and 2 tablespoons over 8 cups of mixed greens. Toss to coat.

OR

Combine 2 Tablespoons vinegar mixture, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint, 4 cups of mixed fruit. Mix well and serve.
